Settling for a life which stifles your true potential, simply because the answers are too difficult to find

  1. I don’t know if you happened to watch this video (2 minutes)—another reason to be careful about your self talk. I get it. When I catch my brain going negative, I try to meditate on love, just the word, or an image (even a smile) that warms my heart.
